Koin Purchases
When you purchase Koins on our platform:
- All Koin purchases are generally considered final and non-refundable once the transaction is complete.
- Koins are our virtual currency that can be used to access various services on our platform.
- Unused Koins remain in your account and do not expire, unless specifically noted during promotional periods.
- Koins cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another user's account.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following limited circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing services you've paid for, and our team cannot resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe.
- Double Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same service due to technical errors.
- Service Not Provided: If you paid for a service that was not delivered within the promised timeframe and no alternative was offered.
All refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our customer support team.
Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide your order ID, the reason for the refund request, and any relevant supporting information.
- Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are not eligible for refunds:
- Services that have already been delivered or accessed.
- Koins that have already been used to purchase or access services.
- Services cancelled after delivery has begun.
- Free services or consultations.
Cancellation Policy
For scheduled consultations or services:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time will receive a full refund in the form of Koins to your account.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee, with the remaining balance returned as Koins to your account.
- No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
To cancel a scheduled service, please contact our support team or use the cancellation option in your account dashboard.
Subscription Services
For any subscription services we offer:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- No partial refunds will be provided for the remainder of any billing period after cancellation.
- Some promotions may offer a money-back guarantee period, which will be clearly stated in the terms of that specific offer.
Exceptions for Special Circumstances
In certain cases, we may consider exceptions to our standard refund policy:
- Serious personal emergencies (documentation may be required).
- System-wide outages that significantly affect our service delivery.
- Other exceptional circumstances at the discretion of our management team.
Payment Processing Fees
Please note that in the event of a refund:
- Payment processing fees incurred by Jyai™ on the original transaction may be deducted from your refund amount.
- These fees typically range from 2-4% of the transaction value, depending on the payment method used.
