1. Overview

Jyai™ by AYSR Tech uses an in‑app virtual currency called "Koins" Koin. Users purchase Koins through recharge plans and spend them within the app to access various astrological or related services. Koins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged back for real currency.

2. Base Pricing

Koins are sold at the following base conversion rates:

Base pricing is subject to change at the sole discretion of AYSR Tech. Any changes will be reflected in the app and on this page.

3. Recharge Plans

  1. Koins are available for purchase through various recharge plans denominated in INR (for users in India) and USD (for users in all other countries).
  2. These Koins are added to the user's wallet as Top-up Koins and are subject to expiry after a certain period as per the policy.
  3. Higher‑value recharge plans may include bonus Koins over and above the base rate, offering better value per unit of currency.
  4. The specific recharge plans, their prices, and any bonus Koins offered are displayed within the app at the time of purchase and may be updated or changed at any time without prior notice.
  5. All applicable recharge options and their details are visible to the user before completing a transaction.

4. Bonus Koins

  1. Users may receive bonus Koins through promotional offers, sign‑up bonuses, referral rewards, or higher‑value recharge plans.
  2. Bonus Koins are subject to expiry if left unused within the validity period specified at the time of issuance.
  3. Expired bonus Koins will be automatically removed from the user's account and cannot be restored.
  4. Bonus Koins are non‑transferable and cannot be exchanged for real currency.

5. Subscriptions

  1. Subscription plans come with their own features and benefits mentioned within the subscription plan from where the user activates subscriptions.
  2. Subscription plans may contain access to some locked services or features and availability of Koins as a part of the plan. A minimum of these are promised to users for the duration of the current billing cycle.
  3. Availability, expiration, and usage rules of Subscription Koins are subject to the rules mentioned in the subscription plan policy.
  4. Subscription Koins are credited to the user's wallet under the subscription section and are subject to all the rules, including expiry rules, as mentioned in the subscription plan during purchase/activation of the subscription plan.
  5. AYSR Tech reserves the right to modify, rename, or discontinue any subscription plan at any time without prior notice.
  6. Subscription plans are recurring in nature; hence the rules are subject to change from time to time, and users are advised to check the subscription plan policy changes before purchasing or renewing subscription plans.

6. Koins Usage & Consumption

Koins are consumed when a user accesses paid services within Jyai™. The cost in Koins varies by service. Examples include:

Service costs in Koins may vary and are displayed to the user within the app before each transaction. AYSR Tech reserves the right to modify the Koins cost of any service at any time.

When you purchase Koins on our platform:

  1. Koins are our virtual currency that can be used to access various services on our platform. Koins are currently kept in the user's wallet in two subsections: Top-up Koins and Subscription Koins.
  2. Koins cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another user's account.
  3. Koins are available from various sources:
    • Bonus Koins: Bonus koins are credited to the user's wallet without any real money transactions. These are added to the top-up balance of the user's wallet.
    • Top-up Koins: Top-up koins are purchased by the user from recharge plans and are added to the top-up balance of the user's wallet. They are subject to expiry after a certain period as per the policy.
    • Subscription Koins: Subscription koins are credited to the user's wallet under the subscription section and are subject to all the rules, including expiry rules, as mentioned in the subscription plan during purchase/activation. Subscription plans are recurring in nature; hence the rules are subject to change from time to time, and users are advised to check the subscription plan policy changes before purchasing or renewing subscription plans.
  4. If a user avails any service with Koins, the Koins will be consumed first from the subscription plan balance (if available), then from top-up, and finally from bonus Koins in that order.
  5. Koins are considered to be consumed on a First-in-first-out (FIFO) basis within their respective priority categories.

7. Koins Validity and Expiry

When and how do Koins expire from the wallet? (For Koins in Top-up, subscription balance, and Bonus). Top-up koins are koins purchased from recharge plans.

8. Payments

  1. All payments are processed through secure third‑party payment gateways.
  2. By making a purchase, the user agrees that the payment information provided is accurate and that they are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
  3. Users are responsible for any taxes, duties, or additional charges imposed by their jurisdiction or payment provider.

9. Refund Policy

  1. All Koin purchases are final and non‑refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  2. If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

10. Changes to Pricing

AYSR Tech reserves the right to modify the base pricing, recharge plans, subscription plans, bonus structures, and service costs at any time. Updated pricing will be reflected within the app and on this page. Continued use of the Service after any pricing change constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.
