    3. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services, including free services, at any time without notice.
    4. Services may be purchased via direct payment or by using 'Koins' exchanged for real currency.

    5. External Services

      1. ChatGPT Store Jyai™
        • Jyai is also available on ChatGPT Store, this service may and may not be free.
        • Any payment done in the name of contribution, dakshina or donations cannot be used to buy any services in Jyai app available on website, Android Play-store and Apple App-Store.
        • We do not promise continued availability or free availability of this service as it is hosted on OpenAI platform and can be removed or restricted by OpenAI as per their own policy.
        • Any contribution, donation and dakshina cannot be refunded in case of un-availability or restriction of this service on OpenAI's platform like ChatGPT website and application

  3. User Accounts and Communication

    1. Account Creation: To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email and password. You are responsible for account security and updating your information.
    2. User Responsibilities: You are specifically responsible for:
      1. Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
      2. Ensuring all provided birth details are accurate.
      3. Notifying us immediately of unauthorized account access.
    3. Marketing and Updates: By creating an account, you agree that Jyai™ may retain your email to send communications regarding new features, updates, and promotional offers. You may opt out at any time via the "unsubscribe" link in such emails.

  4. User Conduct

    1. Provide accurate and complete birth details for services.
    2. Use our services for lawful purposes only.
    3. Avoid activities that harm the website, including hacking, spamming, or malware distribution, making clones.

  5. Intellectual Property

    2. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

  6. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

    1. Payments: All payments for orders on Jyai™ are processed through third‑party payment processors. By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your order and ensure that the payment information provided is accurate and authorized.
    2. Koins: Real currency is used to buy for 'Koins' to access specific platform services.
    3. Prices and availability of products or services are subject to change without notice, and you are responsible for any taxes or additional fees imposed by your location or payment method.
    4. Refund Policy:
      1. All payments are final and non‑refundable unless explicitly stated.
      2. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  7. Limitation of Liability

    1. Jyai™ is not liable for decisions based on astrological insights, including any physical, psychological, or social impacts.
    2. We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access to your account.
    3. Liability is excluded for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of terms, misuse, or security concerns. Any below mentioned or similar activites will lead to account termination and permanent ban from Jyai and other applications from AYSR Tech

    1. Trying to access Jyai from unauthorised applications or servers.
    2. Misusing Jyai application features to attack on our servers
    3. Creating clones of our apps.

    1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
    2. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
